About Me

Hi there! My name is Leah Marie Norris, I'm 25 years old, an Aquarius, Wasian (half white, half Asian) and I have been a licensed cosmetologist for 5 years. Though I haven’t been licensed long, I grew up in the beauty industry and played many different roles that cosmetology has to offer. Through my ventures, I’ve found vivid hair as my favorite service to do and have made that my focus for my career moving forward. Aside from the art itself, my favorite thing about doing hair is the ability to connect with people and help them feel like the main character they are.

As a hairstylist (and a person) I'm a huge perfectionist. I don't finish a job until it's perfect; which is a blessing (professionally) and a curse (personally). Apart of the perfectionism is caring a great deal about my clients' hair. I will take my time to make sure I'm being as safe as possible when coloring hair. I'm also naturally introverted. Most clients appreciate it, while some find my quietness off-putting. To help navigate my clients' preferences, I have a "silent appointment" option on my New Client Intake Form. Because I can empathize with the socially anxious, I've carefully curated this website of mine to be as transparent and informational as possible.

Outside of work, I'm a wife to my amazing husband, Austin. I'm also a mom... to two cats, Tippy and Steve. In my free time, you'll find me recharging my introvert batteries; wrapped in a fuzzy blanket reading a book, going down TikTok rabbit holes, bingeing a comfort show or anime, or seeking hair inspiration on Instagram. When I'm not geeking out on hair things or being a couch potato, my active hobbies are exploring and pole dancing.
